A very professional kitchen

Corça is a quiet, little town so parking is no issue here. While the entire restaurant is on one level, the access is comfortable. I went there on a Friday afternoon for lunch with a special friend who most of you know as one of the owners of callCarlos. Arend and myself decided a while ago that we had something to celebrate and we treated ourselves to an inspiring lunch.

We were welcomed into the kitchen as that’s how Bo.TiC and chef Albert start each gastronomic experience for all their guests. A quick look revealed a kitchen that runs smoothly and is super-clean. I counted about 15 chefs that day, all dressed in black and none of them idle. Albert runs the behind-the-scenes like a well trained army with calm and charm. If you want to treat yourself and some friends you can reserve the chef’s table that sits right in front of the open kitchen so that you can witness all the action. We were given the tour and then elegantly guided to our table in the main dining room.

The restaurant is spacious and the whole crew is dressed for Covid-19 with special, large face masks. Bo.TiC takes no risk and makes sure all regulations are followed. I guess we will have to deal with this for another year or so but at least we can still enjoy good cuisine.
