Yesterday went to the acclaimed Fabrica de Gel in Palamos. It definitely lived up to its reputation. I had the Menu de Mediodia. The food was fancy, but not overly precious. I was seated next to a multigenerational birthday party with one of the guests turning 80 and another 57. It is a white tablecloth kind of place, but though I felt slightly underdressed in jeans, certainly not out of the norm.
