El Roure Blanc
This is a lovely, typical restaurant in the plaza in Monells. It is reasonably priced, friendly, and very fresh.
I had a typical “green salad” or ensalada verde (which in Catalunya means all vegetables). 
And the grilled turbot. Great lunch with a tiny bit of white wine since I did drive the 2 km from Cruilles… This is also an ease bike ride, but felt lazy.
